The company will once again be present at the largest fruit and vegetable fair in Southern Europe, as it has been for the past fifteen editions, with a 128-square-meter stand in Pavilion 9, serving as a meeting point with clients.
Grupo Agroponiente has not missed a single edition of the event since its inception in 2009. Fifteen editions have passed, and the company will once again attend the XVI Fruit Attraction, which will take place from October 8 to 10. Grupo Agroponiente will welcome its clients and visitors at stand number 5, located at the entrance of Hall 9, in Madrid’s Ifema convention center.
The stand will be open and focused on promoting and highlighting the company’s growth in all areas—from the impressive business figures of the last two years, which have positioned it at the forefront of the sector in Southern Spain, to its expansion both at the source and destination levels. The company now operates 25 logistical centers across the provinces of Almería and Granada, five daily auctions, and seven packaging warehouses.
As is the tradition every year, Grupo Agroponiente will send a large team of professionals to the Madrid exhibition, aiming to make its stand a central meeting point for clients from all corners of the European market. The company will also receive visitors who come to Fruit Attraction in search of new high-quality and excellence-driven suppliers.
Fruit Attraction will also serve as an opportunity to present the company’s latest product innovations to both clients and visitors. These innovations are the result of the work of the R&D department, in collaboration with various industry players. The aim is to meet market demands, developed in their fields by expert farmers who prioritize product quality above all.
A special emphasis will be placed on ‘mindful agriculture‘, one of the company’s distinctive features in recent years. This is a clear commitment to an environmentally friendly production system, one that is efficient in the use of water and energy resources, and dedicated to the recycling of both organic and inorganic waste. In short, a modern and advanced system that demonstrates that sustainable, future-forward production is not only possible but is already happening.
Grupo Agroponiente’s CEO, Imanol Almudí, stated: “For us, Fruit Attraction has always been a strategic point in our annual calendar. Along with the Berlin fair, it is the moment of highest concentration of European fruit and vegetable operators, and we have traditionally taken full advantage of it, both as a periodic meeting with clients for evaluating, planning, and reviewing each campaign, and for exploring new market opportunities. We invest significant effort in Fruit Attraction, traveling with a comprehensive professional team, and we invest great energy into making the most out of it, for the benefit of the company and our farmers.”
