Compliance, Ethics and Transparency

These documents are part of the good corporate governance and compliance policies of all companies in Spain. They are based on the firm commitment of the Companies to the total rejection and ‘zero tolerance’ of any illicit or irregular act, including those actions or behaviours that breach the applicable regulations on criminal matters.

The ethical values and principles that underpin the purpose of these Policies and define how we should behave and act are set out in the Code of Ethics, applicable to all employees, governing bodies and functional areas.
