The Spanish cucumber is known for its short size (between 10-15 cm) and its dark green colour. It’s also very spiny. That’s why it’s also called «short black cucumber». Aside from its colour and spines, the Spanish cucumber is also characterised by its intense flavour and aroma.
It’s recommended to eat it in salads or simply with a little bit of salt and oil.
