Grupo Agroponiente was the focus of a special session at San Telmo Business School<\/strong>, one of Southern Europe\u2019s top business schools, where a case study was presented on the company\u2019s transformation over the past three years. The case, authored by professor Juan P\u00e9rez G\u00e1lvez<\/strong>, is titled \u201cBuilding a European Vegetable Leader\u201d<\/strong> and examines in depth how Agroponiente went from a critical situation to becoming a European benchmark in fresh produce marketing.<\/p>\n

The study highlights bold strategic decisions, a fast-paced organizational restructuring, and a clear vision: to build a profitable, professional, and purpose-driven company.<\/p>\n

During the session\u2014held in the Aula Magna<\/strong> before top executives from across Spain\u2014Agroponiente\u2019s CEO, Imanol Almud\u00ed<\/strong>, shared key insights into this transformation: restoring the company\u2019s identity, aligning the leadership team, professionalizing operations, and embracing sustainability as a driver of competitiveness.<\/p>\n
