The company takes a decisive step towards digital transformation, improving the efficiency, traceability and control of all its processes, thanks to the coordinated work of a multidisciplinary internal team.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Agroponiente Group has successfully completed the implementation of a new digital traceability tool that represents a key milestone in its strategy of continuous improvement and digital transformation. This solution, developed and implemented internally, has the fundamental objectives of improving the traceability of goods, optimising stock control, standardising processes at group level through the implementation of a common method, and creating an industrial organisational structure in the centres for better process management.<\/p>\n

The company considers this transformation to be a \u2018before and after\u2019 in its daily operations, as it enables real-time management of all warehouse, packaging and marketing activity. This translates into a more precise control of each order, with total traceability and instantly updated stocks, which directly benefits both growers and clients, reinforcing the Group’s overall efficiency.<\/p>\n

This technological advance also consolidates Agroponiente’s firm commitment to excellence, innovation and sustainability, key values that led the company to obtain BCorp certification in 2024, a distinction that recognises companies that generate a positive impact on society and the environment.<\/p>\n

One of the most noteworthy aspects of the project is that it has been driven and executed entirely by an internal team of highly qualified professionals, whose effort and commitment have been decisive for its success. The company would especially like to acknowledge the work of Isaac Ram\u00edrez, head of industrial projects; David D\u00edaz, head of packaging and main support in the start-up as a specialist in digital projects; Aurora Fern\u00e1ndez, head of IT implementation; David de la Gracia, process technician at the El Treinta centre; Salvador G\u00f3mez, process technician at the VegaCa\u00f1ada centre; Halima Essabbar, process technician at the La Redonda centre; as well as colleague Jose Caro, head of Support in the Systems department.<\/p>\n
