Claims<\/strong>\u00bb y cumplimente el formulario con las siguientes indicaciones:\r\n\r\nSu nombre y datos de contacto, as\u00ed como el nombre y CIF del cliente al que hemos dirigido la factura o albar\u00e1n de compra.\r\n\r\nPor favor, seleccione el tipo de reclamaci\u00f3n y la naturaleza de esta, no olvidando adjuntar fotos donde podamos ver claramente el motivo y la etiqueta de la mercanc\u00eda.\r\n\r\nSer\u00e1 necesario que indique el n\u00famero del albar\u00e1n o factura de venta, as\u00ed como la localizaci\u00f3n y fecha exacta de la recepci\u00f3n de la mercanc\u00eda.\r\n\r\nPor favor, indique en n\u00famero la cantidad estimada que reclama.\r\n\r\nEs importante destacar que las reclamaciones deben realizarse dentro de un plazo de <strong>24 horas<\/strong> inmediatamente posteriores a la recepci\u00f3n de la mercanc\u00eda.
